Hruta Durgule to host Sony Marathi’s ‘Singing Star’

Hruta Durgule, a glamorous face in Marathi entertainment industry, will be seen hosting a reality show for the first time. To this day, Hruta has won many hearts with her looks and acting. Her characters, Durva and Vaidehi, have created a loving place in the minds of the audience. She has her own big fan base. She will be seen in the role of a host for the first time in Sony Marathi’s ‘Singing Star’.  She will have the opportunity to interact with all the contestants and examiners while carrying out the responsibility of hosting. Hruta who is seen acting in serials, dramas and movies, is going to make a new attempt at hosting. This experience is going to be new for her too and she is also looking forward to this new experience.

The ‘Singing Star’ programme will go on air in August. It’s tagline is ‘Gaane Taryanche, Gaane Saaryanche’ (loosely translated as Song of Stars with Songs of Everyone’). Other details about the show are kept under wraps but Hruta’s presence is going to up the visibility of this reality show.

‘I am aware that it’ll be different from whatever I have done so far, but reacting impromptu during the show is going to be challenging. I am looking forward to it’, Hruta Durgule expressed about her new role as a compère of the singing reality show ‘Singing Star’ on Sony marathi.
