Following the recent launch event, the regular shoot of Akhanda 2 has officially begun, with Balakrishna joining the set on the first day. Filming is currently taking place at RFC, Hyderabad.
To mark the occasion, the filmmakers released a video showcasing a thrilling moment from the launch event, where Balakrishna delivers a powerful dialogue: “Ee Nela Asurudidi Kaadu ra… Eshwarudidi… Parameswarudidi… Kaadani Thaakithe Jarigedi Thaandavam… Akhanda Thaandavam…” The impact of the scene is heightened by the energetic background score composed by Thaman, whose music adds another layer of excitement. The video also confirms the film’s theatrical release on September 25, 2025, aligning with the Dussehra festival.
The movie features a talented cast, with additional actors to be announced in the coming months. Boyapati Sreenu, fully aware of the tremendous excitement surrounding the sequel, is working meticulously to ensure that Akhanda 2 exceeds all expectations.
