I am the one who never believed in digital auditions but, pandemic has changed the process of casting in Industry. I would rather say our upcoming projects can be used todo the case study on transformation of the casting process with a new way of approaching and observing skills to train all aspiring casting directors.

Our major casting is done digitally and so has set the new process all together duringthese tough times. In fact, now we prefer online live auditions over one on onestudio sessions and this is the new normal and pattern followed at Parag Mehta Casting.

Earlier digital auditions used to be very limited but now this has become the need of anhour. Digital transformation has its advantages and dis-advantages. But this isthe new normal and we have no option apart from accepting it and delivering our best.
