Florian Hurel and wife Rii are geared up for Diwali

French make-up and hair expert Florian Hurel and his wife, singer Rii, are geared up for Diwali. The couple will be celebrating the festival with their team at the gym Flofitbox, owned by Rii, and then have a small celebration at home. “We are going to have a Puja tomorrow (13th November) at Flofitbox with our entire team. And then, Saturday we will be with our close ones, just family and friends. We will have a lot of food and sweet for sure. We have decorated the house with sustainable lights and candles,” says Rii, who known for her songs such as Phir Mulaqaat, Judaa and Aaja.

Florian, who has worked with the likes of Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sara Ali Khan, adds that they have a lot of yummy food also planned for the festivities. “The cook will be prepping something delicious tomorrow! I don’t really know what, but that’s the boss Rii’s decision!” he exclaims.

While Florian understands the need to be careful this year, he is surely not going to let Covid-19 spoil his Diwali. “This year, I feel like playing cards and grabbing a few coins! But yes, we need to be careful. We are taking a lot of precautions. We all get tested regularly. But we won’t stop being together for sure. At our gym also, we have all protocols in place and are taking the utmost care to not get infected.”
