Pranav Raorane and Nakshatra Medhekar In ‘Preetam’

As soon as February comes lovers yearn for Valentine’s Day.  The day is celebrated to express their love for one another. A few days are left for this festive day. To double the joy of this festive day the movie ‘Preetam’ is ready for release.It will take us on a journey on the swing of our feelings. The romantic posters of the movie was released recently. The movie is being released on the 19th of February. Through wizard Productions, ad-film maker Sijo Rocky has directed the film.

 

The sweet journey from the eyes to the heart is love. The colour of love is different, its fragrance is different, invisible even when having eyesight. The experience of love differs as per individual perception. We are going to see love with different feelings,painted in different hues in the movie ‘Preetam’. Unknowingly the movie leaves a message that love is not to be expressed, it has to be in your heart. This love story blossoming, with the scenic Konkan as its backdrop introduces two fresh faces Pranav Raorane and Nakshatra Medhekar. Along with them we have Upendra Limaye, Ajit Devle, Vishwajit Palav, Sameer Khandekar, Aabha Velankar, Shivraj Walvekar, Asmita Khatkhate, Nayan Jadhav and Ananda Karekar.

 

The love song ‘Tujhya Rupacha Chandan Sabhoti’ sung by Shankar Mahadevan, which shows the gentle edge of unuttered love, will also be screened on Thursday, the 14th January and the audience will be able to relish this song through various mediums. The beauty of nature with crisscrossing paths, captivating beaches and various scenic Iocations will be seen throughout the film and this song. Director Sijo Rocky believes that this enchanting song will make everyone feel that it’s close to their heart.

 

‘Preetam’ is produced by Faizal Nitin Sijo. The script of the film is by Sujit Kurup, the screenplay and dialogues are by Ganesh Pandit and the lyrics of the film are written by Guru Thakur. The background music is by Vijay Gawande and the vocals are by Shankar Mahadevan, Abhay Jodhapurkar and Manish Rajgire. Production designer iSandeep Rawade, the casting director and costume designer is Chaitrali Dongre. Jayant Jathar is the editor and Om Narayan is the cinematographer. Music by Vishwajith CT and choreography by Sujit Kumar.
