Talking about the year gone by, actor Ali Fazal believes that a lot has changed for him on a personal note. “I don’t think I’m as strong as I thought. I had my first panic attack because of certain things, and I didn’t even realise how powerful the mind and body are.’’ Coming to another actor, Pratik Gandhi, the breakthrough star of 2020, spoke about the show that changed his life forever. “We, as a team, never thought that Scam would become such a big thing. But we were all sure that we were up to something good, and that we’d be able to take pride in it.’’

Moving on from the actors to the content creators, SaloniGaur, who is known for her brilliant satirical pieces says ‘’During the lockdown, people started spending a lot of time on social media, which then helped us content creators showcase our talent. I was creating videos daily and theengagement on my posts was amazing.” Another stellar actor who is ruling the OTT space is none other than Mithila Palkar.She began her journey as an actor on OTT platforms and last year reaffirmed her faith in web series. Talking about what she’s grateful for, the curly-haired actress says, “Career-wise, I think we were all very thankful in terms of the existence of OTT and I’m glad that I was given my wings there.”

 

Known for his versatility, singer Armaan Malik has come long way. However, the artist’s approach to work shifted in the past year with more consideration going into choosing his projects. He says, “Sometimes you don’t need a hundred projects to grow, in fact, you just need one project to push you a hundred leagues ahead and I think that is something that my team and I have learned. Doing less is more, and doing it well is, in fact, the most important thing.”
