Yoga has helped and benefitted Geeta Basra physically and mentally!

Actress #GeetaBasra who is expecting her second baby soon is keen to follow her yoga routine post delivery as well. Though she has always been fitness conscious, #yoga has helped her keep her physical and mental health in top shape during these difficult times. She has also been posting her workouts and yoga sessions on her social media platforms and many of her followers have started yoga religiously. After receiving several queries daily, Geeta has decided to continue to post her yoga asanas and workout sessions after her baby’s birth as well.

What started off as tutorial of sorts for expecting mothers soon turned into a larger follower base, says a source, “Geeta began posting relevant information and physical exercises along with yoga asanas for expecting mothers and soon the numbers of queries grew. It wasn’t just restricted to pregnant women but many men and women too who wanted to get in shape and have a balanced state of mind amid the pandemic. Yoga has helped Geeta physically and mentally and going by the messages she receives daily, many of her followers have benefited too. Keeping this in mind, she has decided to continue to post videos advocating overall well being, be it yoga, a balanced diet, mediation or exercising.” He adds.

Commenting on the same Geeta says, “Its a great feeling when you can inspire someone even in the smallest of ways. My followers on social media have become like my extended family and they have sent me videos of their transformation and its amazing to see what and relentlessness and dedication can do. I hope to continue to engage with them and hence I have decided to continue to post various videos all aiming at overall well being”, she smiles.
