Nayanthara in Anushka Sharma’s Pari remake!

Nayanthara who has her hands full with female centric roles in Tamil and Telugu cinema has now been approached for the Tamil remake of the Bollywood movie Pari, which is not a fairy tale but a supernatural horror thriller, which had Anushka Sharma in the lead. A big K’town producer has bought the remake rights of Pari and he wants Nayanthara on board to reprise Anushka Sharma’s role. Acting in ghost thrillers is not new to Nayanthara. One may recall her horror thrillers like Maya, Dora and Kaashmora. If all goes well, Nayanthara would be accepting the offer. Pari was produced under Anushka Sharma’s own home production banner, Clean Slate Films. Anushka Sharma had also got rave reviews for her performance and the film also garnered decent returns at the Box – Office turnstiles.
