A fresh case slapped on Raj Kundra for cheating, assault and exploitation by Sherlyn Chopra!

For producing and distributing pornographic content and luring young girls to do the same films he was producing landed #RajKundra in big trouble. He was arrested and was behind the bars for several months. But now he is out on bail but he cannot have a peaceful sleep because just recently actress #SherlynChopra slapped a fresh case on him for cheating and assaulting apart from exploitation.

Raj Kundra who was recently in news as the chief conspirator in the ongoing Pornography Case has been exposed of his wrong doings by Ms. Sherlyn Chopra who has alleged Mr. Ripu Sudan aka Raj Kundra and Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra for committing fraud against her. Sherlyn has accused that the Kundra duo has caused her mental harassment and exploited her life and career during her association with JL Stream Mobile Application (Jaldi Live App). Sherlyn Chopra states that she kept mum for long about the incidents of sexual harassment and molestation by Raj Kundra fearing his affluent connections with Mr. Ranjit Bindra and his underworld links.

Moreover, she was coerced to withdraw the previous sexual assault complaint filed by her early this year but now she only seeks justice for the various oppressions implied on her by Raj Kundra. Sherlyn has now approached the Mumbai Police to register an FIR against Mr. Raj Kundra for sexual assault along with several other criminal charges of cheating, criminal breach of trust, criminal intimidation with grave threats to her life against the Kundra duo and others. Sherlyn Chopra’s Advocate Suhail Shariff mentioned “The amount of crime against women has increased by many fold, and in the name of social pressure and shame, many women do not come out and report the incident. But now it’s time women must be encouraged to take a stand.”

Sherlyn claims that the Kundra duo owes her an amount of Rs. 48,00,000/-, the couple has allegedly cheated Sherlyn on the promised consideration for her performance on JL Stream App. According to Ms. Chopra, the owner of JL Stream App,Mr. Kundra has not only duped her, but also sexually assaulted her causing immense mental agony. Sherlyn states that an as an artist, she takes interest in recognition and satisfaction out of her performance and it takes a fool to work for free. Mr. Raj Kundra and Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra have heated Sherlyn and misrepresented all the facts about the Content and Monies from the JL Stream Mobile Application (Jaldi Live App). Disappointed Sherlyn who is mentally and emotionally devastated from this whole fiasco also added that depriving an independent woman of her rightful earnings is morally and legally wrong. Sherlyn’s Advocate, Suhail Shariff who is the managing Partner of Falcon Legal stated, “The most essential ingredient for the offence of cheating is fraudulent intention and dishonest motives aimed at causing wrongful loss to the oppressed and wrongful gains to the oppressor”.

Sherlyn states that this is a clear case of coercion and fraud coupled with sexual assault at the hands of high net-worth individuals who have misused their position and influence. Sherlyn has expressed utmost faith in the Judiciary as well as the Police Machinery of the state and the nation and only seeks justice.
