WTP of ‘Chumbak,’ a luminous tale of morality and aspirations, on SonyLIV!

Bringing the story about the constant battle between choosing morality over ambition, is an award-winning Marathi film #Chumbak on #SonyLIV. Directed by national award-winning director, #SandeepModi and presented by #AkshayKumar, Chumbak features Sahil Jadhav, Swanand Kirkire and Sangram Desai in lead roles. The film will be releasing on SonyLIV on 12th November, 2021.

Chumbak is a coming-of-age story of Baalu, a teen restaurant worker boy who decides to con people in order to fulfill his dream. He comes across his only victim, Prasanna (Swanand Kirkire) an old man with an intellectual disability. Baalu then finds himself torn between morality and dreams, as the two find themselves on a journey that changes their lives, forever. Will Balu go ahead and fleece an innocent man to fulfil his ambitions, or will he have a change of heart?
