Needless to say, there will be innumerable and priceless moments in the show where Asha ji will be seen expressing her delight on the performances, share memories from the golden days, and also mesmerise everyone as she recreates the magic of some of her most revered songs.
One trivia that Asha Ji shared was about one of her favourite dancers ever ‘Hritik Roshan’. Being a part of the same industry and friends, Asha Ji knew Hritik Roshan ever since he was a little boy. She revealed on the show that she was one of the first people to recognise his extraordinary talent for dance.
Sharing more on the same, she said, “When Hritik was just a small boy and used to come over for parties or gatherings, I would always think that he was very good at dance. Then, when he was in 9th or 10th standard, I told his father ‘Rakesh Roshan’ that Hritik should become a hero. To which Rakesh Ji said that there’s still time for that. So when, Hritik’s first film released, ‘Kaho na Pyaar hai’, I used to go the theatres again and again just for 15 mins only to watch the bit where Hritik dances on ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ and come back.”
Not only this, after sharing the beautiful memory, the legendary singer got up and did the hook-step of the song ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ leaving everyone stunned and mesmerised. She further conveyed, that when she used to have concerts in U.S or U. K, she would just do this hook-step of ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ and the crowd would go crazy.
