In ‘Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala’, Shridhar Maharaj creates trouble in Lord Krishna’s life!

Sony Entertainment Television’s mythological narrative, Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala, weaves a beautiful story of a mother-son bond from Yashoda’s (Neha Sargam) point of view. With an intention to kill Neelmani, the upcoming episodes will see how Shridhar Baba makes every possible attempt to try and harm Neelmani and how, Yashoda who senses something is amiss will rush home to safeguard her child.

Delving into the story, Kans reattempts to kill Lord Krishna and asks Shridhar Maharaj to go to Gokul. Shridhar Maharaj, with his clever mind, escapes the security outside Nand’s house by faking his identity, thus, making his way inside the house. Neelmani on the other hand uses his mother’s belan and leela to teach Shridhar Maharaj a lesson. In the meantime, his mother who rushes to be by his side wards of Shridhar Maharaj. Eventually, Nand and Yashoda realise that Shridhar Maharaj is a fraud and has been sent by Kans to kill Neelmani. It will be interesting to see how Shridhar Maharaj’s truth unfolds!

Elated to have joined the show, Sukesh Anand who will be seen as Shridhar Maharaj shares, “The story this week will take an interesting turn as Kans will reattempt to kill Lord Krishna. An actor’s life is very challenging as they forget their personal life and the problems to get into a character. I have been acting since 6 years of age and I can tell this with confidence that this character has been a really unique one in my career. The extra skin that was put on to my face for the role was perishable and would lose its life every 4 hours. Shooting in the heat became a bit challenging as the skin will fall off time and again. Additionally, my character demanded me to play my character in a certain way, I used my theatre skills to portray the character as authentically as possible. I really hope that the viewers enjoy the track and the characters as the team has put a lot of effort into the making of the show.”
