Check out Gayatrii Bhhardwaj’s new fitness mantra!

Riding high on the success of her two interesting projects – “Ittu Si Baat’ and ‘Ishq Express’, Gayatrii Bhhardwaj is a fitness enthusiast and keeps learning new skills to keep herself fit.

The gorgeous actress has been learning Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques.

Gayatrii has started learning the martial art form a year ago and has now become a pro at it, as seen in the video!

Gayatrii feels learning MMA is an added advantage in terms of self-defense and also helps her to execute action-oriented roles on screen.

Gayatrii informs, “This (MMA) will help me do the films which are related to action and training. It’s a new skill set that I was contemplating to take up since long time. I want to maximise my skill set when it comes to acting. I would love to do action films and if there is ever a film being made on a superwoman, wonderwoman or a cop role then I would love to be a part of something like that. I want to be a multi-faceted actor. I don’t want to play only girl next door roles. It will help me to broaden my horizon as an actor. I do MMA thrice a week for two hours and I think I am much more flexible now and it has improved my core strength. I do a lot of gymmming also but I’ve realised flexibility is as important as strength.”
