Madhuri Dixit rushed to the aid of Marathi Film Industry

Due to the global downturn caused by the Corona epidemic, the stagnant Cine industry has led to a starvation of ordinary wage workers, technicians and junior artists. At the same time, Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal started helping all of them in the form of financial or food grains. At present, the assistance has been extended to 2500 members through the Chairman, office bearers, directors and village committee members.

Considering the number of members of the corporation, the needy members were asked to register their names. So far, more than 6000 members have registered their names. Meghraj Rajebhosle, President, office bearers and directors had appealed to the philanthropists and Bollywood stars to help all these members. Responding positively to the call of the All India Marathi Film Corporation, actress Madhuri Dixit came running for help and said, ‘The corporation has received a lot of help and has tried to alleviate the suffering of the workers, technicians and artists in our business to some extent. He has also appealed to other artists to help the Film Corporation.’
