Actor Karan Aanand spoked about the importance of Yoga in his life through a video by saying “Best wishes to everyone on Yoga Day, Yoga has contributed a lot in my life. Due to this, I have become so physically and mentally strong that I can face any kind of situation. And you are also praying here to make Yoga a part of your life and then see the wonders of it.”
On the work front, His first Bollywood the movie was ‘Gunday’, followed by ‘Kick’, where his action scenes were much appreciated, But he truly received recognition for his spy-act in ‘Baby’. Recently, he had a cameo in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Calendar Girls’.
