Action time in Manali, Hungama 2 kick-starts their third schedule post lockdown

One of the most awaited comedy films in the coming times, Hungama 2 finally seems to be back on track post the nationwide lockdown. Getting used to the new normal, team Hungama 2 jetted off to Manali to kick-start the third schedule of the film. Film’s lead actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to Instagram to share a picture with the cast of Hungama 2 at a private Mumbai airport. Seen wearing a mask, she captioned her post as, “Covid test ✅

Time for some Hungama in Manali”

Hungama 2 features Paresh Rawal along side new cast including Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jafri, Pranitha Subhash and the producer of the film is Ratan Jain. For the unversed, Hungama 2’s shooting had begun earlier this year, but was called off due to the pandemic. While the first schedule happened in Mumbai, makers shot for the second schedule of the film in Ooty. Offering a glimpse into the unlimited confusion, Hungama 2 looks nothing less than a laugh riot.

Beginning the shoot with all safety measures in place, Ratan Jain, producer at Venus records and LLP says, “I am really glad that we can finally resume the shoot of our film. All the precautionary measures will be taken ensuring everyone’s safety on the shoot. Manali is a beautiful place and as a team we are really excited to shoot our third schedule there.”

Director Priyadarshan further adds, “After staying in all these months due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have resumed the shoot of Hungama 2 amid the new normal. As a team, we will be taking all the necessary precautions and safety measures while shooting on the sets. We are beginning the third schedule in Manali and totally looking forward to some great time together.”
