After hospitalisation Tanisha Mehta returns to ‘Lag Ja Gale’!

Having narrated several stories that have resonated beautifully with audiences, the channel recently launched the story of an unlikely couple brought together by the most unusual circumstances and their family dynamics. Set in Delhi, #LagJaGale follows the journey of #Shiv (Namik Paul)- an affluent, self-made young Punjabi hotelier, and #Ishani (Tanisha Mehta), a hard-working #Maharashtriangirl who juggles between multiple odd jobs as the sole breadwinner for her middle-class family. The story will explore how the two of them choose to come together in marriage for the sake of their siblings despite multiple misunderstandings and misgivings!

To keep the audience entertained, every actor puts in their heart and soul in every scene they shoot for. However, Tanisha Mehta recently met with a minor accident on the sets of the show where she happened to injure her head. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. The fighter that she is, she fought the injury and started shooting within a couple of days.

Tanisha Mehta mentioned, “I was really missing all the fun when I was in the hospital due to the minor head injury. Every day someone from the team would come to see me and drop off flowers and fruits, just to wish me a speedy recovery, to which I am very grateful. I wouldn’t say that the recovery process has not been difficult, but all the prayers of my well-wishers and fans gave me so much strength that I am already back at work within a couple of days. I promise, soon the audience will get to watch the tom and jerry style banter between their favorite Shiv and Ishani on their television screens.”

While Tanisha has recovered from the injury and is ready to shoot, it will be interesting for the viewers to witness the twists and turns in the upcoming episodes, where Ishani has been kidnapped and Shiv will do everything to rescue her!
