After ‘I Want To Talk’, Abhishek Bachchan Will Be Seen in ‘Be Happy’!

Abhishek Bachchan’s career trajectory has been nothing short of the actor choosing projects that showcased his range as a performer. From intense roles like Yuva, Raavan and Sarkar to light hearted comedic roles like Dostana and Bunty Aur Babli, to tear-jerkers like Paa… Abhishek Bachchan has done them all. The actor was last seen in I Want to Talk, a performance that was hailed by critics and viewers alike who called it Abhishek’s career best. And continuing his streak of picking roles that give him scope to perform, Abhishek will next be seen in Be Happy.

A heartfelt father-daughter drama, Be Happy stars Abhishek as Shiv, a single father, whose priorities are very straight – the happiness of his daughter Dhara (#InayatVerma). The film is a heartfelt tribute to the unbreakable bond between a devoted single father and his spirited, quick-witted daughter. Wise beyond her years, Dhara dreams of performing on the stage of the country’s biggest dance reality show. But when an unexpected crisis threatens to shatter that dream, Shiv is faced with an impossible choice. Determined to keep his daughter’s hopes alive, he embarks on an extraordinary journey—challenging fate, rediscovering himself, and uncovering the true meaning of happiness along the way.

The movie, helmed by #LizelleRemoDSouza, also stars #NoraFatehi in the lead role alongside Abhishek and Inayat. Actors #JohnyLever, #Nassar and #HarleenSethi will also be seen in pivotal roles. Be Happy will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 14.
