Akshay Kumar refutes rumours of attending Lucknow event, calls it ‘absolutely untrue’!

There has been a lot of out of Mumbai city film related events taking place throughout the year. Also there’s a surge in so-called Award Shows across the country where film celebrities are invited. But in most cases organisers use names of popular stars to attact business even if the said actor has not been approached or given his consent. Similar thing happened where #AkshayKumar’s name is being used without his knowledge.

Earlier today, Akshay Kumar took to his social media to refute rumours of him attending an award show organised by Elite Productions in Lucknow as a chief guest.

Responding to a fan tweet noticed by the actor, that said “Akshay would be arriving in Lucknow for an event”, Akshay wrote, “As much as I would love to visit Lucknow soon, this news is absolutely untrue.”
