Amiben Modi advices, ‘It’s extremely beneficial to meditate in the moonlight on full moon nights’
The month of November is known for its full moon nights, which is called Kartik Purnima. Spiritual healer Amiben Modi says that the vibrations of these days are very different. “The vibrations and energy given out by a full moon lead to intense emotions, creativity and all other cognitive processes.
