Amit Sadh says, ‘Let’s practice being kind, forgiving, loving, gentle towards people’
A World Mental Health was celebrated a day back and there were hordes of messages from celebrities. Amit Sadh, who was the only actor who was visible on screen during lockdown, also commented on it.
Amit said, “On world mental health day people go out of their way to write a passage on mental health. As beautiful as it is to see people post, we need to put it into practice. Let’s practice being kind, forgiving, loving, gentle towards people despite our bad experiences. Let’s stop the cycle of bad experiences, as it creates people that just go and do the same to others. Lets take time to understand one another, and not misread quotes to fit our agenda. Lets listen to our kids, their wishes and dreams before they keep to themselves all that they are going through, which will be detrimental to their mental health. Lets stop moving from relationship to relationship because we can’t be bothered to fix things. Lets stop ghosting on people. Lets be so open and listen to our loved ones, so when they need to talk to us, they will come to us knowing that they’ll have someone who will listen to them and not judge.
Be with people, not things! #lovemore”
