Anup Jalota starrer ‘Hindutva’ revolves around the human values of love and brotherhood!
The shooting of writer-director #KaranRazdan’s film #Hindutva is complete and the director wrapped up the film at #FilmCityinMumbai. The film that has Ashish Sharma, Sonarika Bhadoria, Ankit Raj, Dipika Chikhlia, Govind Namdev and Anup Jalota has been mostly shot at different locations in Uttarakhand. The film revolves around the human values of love and brotherhood.
Anup Jalota said, “Hindutva is a very emotional and strong film. My role and my dialogues in the film are hard hitting but true. The film was shot in Uttarakhand for forty days. Some action and patch work was completed in Mumbai. People have appreciated my performance in Paatal Lok and Satya Sai Baba. I am playing the role of the father of the hero in the film.”
Ashish Sharma said, “It started raining when we shot in Mumbai, but the director of the film Karan Razdan has made a great film and I am happy that I am a part of it.” He added, “I enjoyed working with the entire team. My co-actor Sonarika Bhadoria is a very beautiful and hugely talented actress. I am lucky that I got to work with Dipika Chikhlia.”
Ankit Raj said that a very important scene of the film has been shot in Filmcity which is going to come around the interval. I can’t reveal what the scene is right now but the audience will find it very thrilling in the film. We had a 40 day schedule in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand which has been an amazing experience. I am playing the role of university leader Sameer Siddiqui in the film. He is a dynamic character who will appeal to the masses. This film will be the turning point for my career as it is a big commercial film.
Karan Razdan, who has written films like Diljale ,Dilwale, Qayamat, Trimurti and many more said, “It was pleasant shooting in Uttarakhand. All the main actors of my film Hindutva are well-known TV actors Ashish Sharma, Sonarika Bhadoria, Ankit Raj, Dipika Chikhlia, Govind Namdev and of course Anup Jalota is a great singer. Music in the film is composed by Ravi Shankar and lyrics are penned by Shweta Raj. I am hoping that people will like the music first and then the film. Masses will connect with it.”
