Artists and people participated in march to promote a Rajasthani film ‘Bharkhama’!

A unique sight was seen on the streets of Jaipur on Thursday. For the first time, hundreds of people were seen in a unique way on Jaipur’s main road Gopalpura Road to promote a Rajasthani film and become the voice of Rajasthani language.
The occasion was the march for the Rajasthani film Bharkhama. People participated in this march under the leadership of actor Shravan Sagar and Haryana star Anjali Raghav from Triveni Nagar to Hotel Safari located at Riddhi Siddhi. Amidst the tunes of drums and shehnai, people also raised slogans for Rajasthani language and cinema. Here the band artists showed musical feats and got applause from everyone.
The trailer of the film was launched on the stage built at Safari Hotel. This film will be released in many cinemas across the country on September 6. Here Gopalpura Road Vyapar Mandal’s patron Pramod Kumar Goyal welcomed all the artists. On this occasion, Shravan Sagar Kalyan, Anjali Raghav, producer PK Soni, Garima Kapoor, Rajveer Gurjar Bassi, Nix Bohra and many others were present. The administration associated with local business establishments and educational institutions welcomed the artists of the team at various places.
This film has been written by senior IAS officer and writer Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni (National Health Mission, Director). This film is based on his Rajasthani story collection ‘Bharkhama’, which was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar two years ago. This film has been produced by PK Soni and Soni Sawanta Entertainment.
Actor Shravan Sagar said that we have been working for Rajasthani cinema and language for the last several years, this time we have made a film on Rajasthani literature, so to reach it among the people, we organized a unique event like a walking march.
Holding the poster of Bharkhama in their hands, youth, social media influencers, Rajasthani cinema artists, directors, producers, technicians, litterateurs and students were seen on the streets, which was a pleasant sight in the history of Rajasthani cinema. This is like a ray of hope, where we can take Rajasthani cinema and our language to new heights. Through the pan India release, we want to take our language and cinema to the migrant Rajasthani brothers and sisters living across the country.
Actress Anjali Raghav said that this is my first Rajasthani film and seeing the kind of response I have received in the trailer launch and the padyatra march, I am happy with my decision. This is a beautiful film made in Rajasthani language, so the people of Rajasthan should come forward to take this film forward. They should go to the theatres and watch it. Without the support of the people, language, culture, cinema and literature will never be able to move forward.
Actor Rajveer Gurjar Bassi said that through the foot march, people appealed to the government to promote Rajasthani language, culture and cinema. This film based on the unique work of Rajasthani literature ‘Bharkhama’ is going to depict the beautiful locations of Rajasthan, people are liking the trailer a lot.
