Ashok Saraf and Padmini Kolhapure starrer ‘Pravas’ gets selected for IFFI

The selection of films to be screened at The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has always been a matter of curiosity for filmmakers. In this year’s 51st IFFI, ‘Pravas’, directed by Shashank Udapurkar and starring Ashok Saraf and Padmini Kolhapure, has been selected in the ‘Indian Panorama Feature Film 2020’ category.

Shashank Udapurkar, the writer-director of the film, said that it was an honour for ‘Pravas’ team to be selected for the prestigious IFFI festival.  The film, starring Ashok Saraf and Padmini Kolhapure, encompasses the story of a happy journey and won the hearts of the audience. The film’s producer Om Chhangani is confident that the film will make a difference in IFFI as well.‘

‘Pravas’ is produced by Om Chhangani Films, which inadvertently conveys the idea that every battle in life is fought with determination, that is the real ‘journey’. Along with Ashok Saraf and Padmini Kolhapure, the film stars Vikram Gokhale, Rajat Kapoor, Shashank Udapurkar among others.
