For the first time in the history of #Indianentertainment, the prequel of a #TVseries will see the television cast reprise their roles for the digital screen.

Following the announcement of the much-anticipated prequel of the immensely popular television show Anupamaa, fans can’t wait to learn about her early life in the prequel, Hotstar Specials presents Anupama – Namaste America.

While they will have to wait till 25th April when the prequel exclusively streams on Disney+ Hotstar, to revisit her life 17 years ago; for now, fans will be treated to a special offering by the creators of Anupama – Namaste America. For the first time, exclusive pictures from the prequel’s set have been shared, giving fans a sneak peek into Anupamaa’s residence during her early years of marriage.

Bringing alive the prequel, the series will see the original cast of the television serial, with actors Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey essaying the roles of Anupamaa and Vanraj, respectively. Joining them will be Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya, and Ekta Sariya reprising the roles of Baa, Bapuji, and Dolly respectively.
