Lord Ganapati is a master of fourteen sciences, sixty-four arts and an adored deity of Maharashtra. This year Ganapati visited several houses, pandals etc. without any lavishness due to ongoing corona virus pandemic. But surely with arrival of Bappa, negativity prevailing because of Covid 19 pandemic all around has vanished. Taking that further, Colors Marathi is brining a special ceremony ‘Bappa Morya Re’ to spread positivity. Various Marathi artists, like, Mrinal Dusanis, Shashank Ketkar, Ashok Phaldesai, Vidula Chowghule, Maniraj Pawar, Shivani Sonar, Sumit Pusavale, Aishwarya Narkar, Revati Lele, Amol Bawdekar will be doing the honours. Versatile actress Spruha Joshi will be hosting the show. This special show ‘Bappa Morya Re’ will telecast on 30th August at 7.00 pm on Colors Marathi.
There are many songs praising lord Ganesha, like ‘गजानना श्री गणराया, आधी वंदू तुझ मोरया‘ which are very popular. Colors Marathi’s musical reality show ‘Sur Nava Dhyas Nava’ has been most popular with the music loving audiences and some participants from those shows will be performing in this special programme. Ganeshotsav is celebrated with great pomp everywhere but especially in Konkan it is also celebrated in large numbers, and all this is going to be presented in this program Also Ganpati Bappa will meet all of us in various forms. Bappa’s existence is invaluable even today. Maharashtra’s folk art has survived for hundreds of years and it commences with salutations to Ganpati. Ganesh Chandanshive, a leading artist in the field of folk art, will present the beautiful form of Gana (गण) in this program. Through this program, Bappa Morya Re, once again, the entire Colors Marathi family will be reunited, strengthening relations.
