As we are witnessing this global pandemic emergency worldwide, health and fitness has become the need of the hour, especially during this lockdown period. Keeping the situation in mind, SS App by Shilpa Shetty has partnered with BOOK MY SHOW and together they will be conducting FREE Live Workout Sessions with our experts from 9th to 13th April, 2020.
The sessions include, Easy Home Workout with Celebrity Trainer Vinod Channa (9th April, 9:00 AM to 10:AM): A 30-min easy home workout session that will work on improving your strength, mobility and flexibility, thereby helping you lose those extra calories sitting at home by Shilpa Shetty’s personal trainer and preferred Celebrity Fitness Expert, Vinod Channa. Full body Pilates Flow by Celebrity Trainer & Expert Radhika Karle (10th April, 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM). A 30-min core strengthening and full body integration pilates workout that will fire up those deep core muscles while mobilising your spine, Expert Pilates Trainer, Radhika Karle.
Simple Meditation Session by Shilpa Shetty Kundra (11th April, 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM). A special 30-min meditation session by Shilpa Shetty herself that will help you focus on your breath and calm you down during these stressful times by Shilpa Shetty herself. Bodyweight Conditioning by Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer Dhiraj Bediskar (12th April, 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM). A 30-min full-body easy-to-do HIIT workout that will work on the core and stamina by Fitness Coach Dhiraj Bediskar. Yoga Session for boosting strength & immunity by Celebrity Trainer & Yoga Expert Raj Panigrahi (13th April, 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM). A mix of pranayamas (breathing exercises) and simple asanas to help build strength, balance and improve immunity by Shilpa’s personal yoga trainer Raj Panigrahi.
