Fun time on the sets of Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2
In 2016 Sony TV’s show Ek Duje Ke Vaaste was well received by audiences. The female and male protagonists were played by Nikita Dutta and Namik Paul respectively. The plot revolved around two childhood friends and followed their struggles to unite as lovers once they grew up.
Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 was launched by Sony Entertainment Television in February this year, just before the lockdown. As corona virus pandemic hit entire country, the shooting were scrapped of all types due to lockdown. In the serial Shravan Malhotra (Mohit Kumar), a happy go lucky civilian teenager, sent to the Army School for learning discipline where he meets Suman Tiwari, his father’s friend’s daughter, who was initially irritated by him.
Shravan, being a civilian disliked the discrimination between army and civilian students and lead to a conflict between them, thus, the school starts the ‘Buddy System.’ Later, Shravan fall in love with Suman (Kanikka Kapur). Anish and Devika [Shravan’s ex-girlfriend] plan to insult Shravan and succeeds when Suman slaps him. And upset Shravan then decides to apologise.
Under unlock phases entertainment industry was allowed to Resume shoots. The unit of Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 too were happy to be on sets once again. The shooting of the show has begun but the actors are not allowed to go out, so they all decided to have some fun indoors only . They were seen dancing and playing games to get away with boredom between the shots.
