Global cinematic phenomenon, ‘Ne Zha 2’ to release in India on April 25, 2025!

‘Ne Zha 2’ directed by #Jiaozi will be released in Cinemas in India on April 25, 2025. It will be released in Mandarin with English subtitles. The announcement was made today by Co-Distributors #EncoreFilms and #WarnerBros. Discovery, India.

In making the announcement, Joyce Lee, Managing Director of Encore Films, said, “Ne Zha 2 has achieved remarkable success in Southeast Asia, breaking all box office records. We are thrilled to present this captivating blockbuster to Indian audiences in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery. We hope viewers will enjoy the animation and look forward to delivering more exciting content to India in the years ahead.”

Speaking on the film’s release in India, Denzil Dias, VP & Managing Director, India Theatrical, Warner Bros. After the heavenly lightning, although Ne Zha and Ao Bing survived by becoming Spirits, they would soon dissipate completely. Taiyi plans to rebuild Ne Zha and Ao Bing’s mortal bodies with the Seven-colored Precious Lotus. However, during the process of reconstruction, numerous obstacles arise. What will become of the fate of Ne Zha and Ao Bing?

The film has garnered immense success in both critical acclaim and box office revenue across various countries. It has become the First Animated Film ever to surpass the milestone of above $2 Billion Worldwide. It has now climbed to the 5th spot on the list of the highest-grossing films of all time.
