#SonySAB’s value driven show #MaddamSirKuchBaatHaiKyunkiJazbaatHai continues to win the hearts of its viewers for its vivid storyline, powerful characters, and thought-provoking messages. In the upcoming episode, SHO #HaseenaMallik (#GulkiJoshi) is faced with a very complicated matter. The latest episode brings forth some relevant issues faced by journalists and how much it affects women in this occupation.
Gulki Joshi, essaying the role of Haseena Malik, said, “The upcoming episodes are bound to put the viewers on the edge of their seats as they learn about the story of a girl, named Suman who is a columnist in newspaper. The episodes shed light on how a tragic event in a woman’s life can impact her career and reputation. For me, this was particularly an interesting episode to shoot because of its mysterious aspect in Haseena’s life.”
Gulki further added, “This episode is very relevant in today’s time when journalists go through a lot of trauma for reporting the truth, the effect it has on female journalists is even worse. The story will make the audience understand the struggles a woman has to face while working and how as a society we need to make sure that we are creating a safe environment for journalists to report the truth fearlessly. For the upliftment of women in workspaces we collectively need to join hands to create a safe space for them and call out people who behave unfairly and unethically with them. It will be interesting for the viewers to watch SHO Haseena Mallik and her team seek justice for Suman and bring her back to work.”
