Harshvardhan Rane ditches five-star-hotel stay to save time
Almost all Bollywood stars stay in a five star hotels when shooting outdoors. But here’s one star who ditched five star hotel stay to save time, which in turn he used it for gymming. Currently, busy shooting for his next – Haseen Dillruba in Uttarakhand, Harshvardhan Rane is touted to be one of the most promising actors in the industry. It’s for the first time viewers will witness him share the screen space with Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey in this murder mystery. For the unversed, Rane will be seen portraying the role of a river rafter in the film who loves adventure.
Speaking of the project, the latest we hear that Harshvardhan decided to ditch his stay at a five-star hotel and moved to a basic accommodation in order to stay closer to the shoot location and his gym. As per reports, the hotel was 45 minutes away from the shoot location and the actor wanted to save the travel time and rather use it in the gym to workout. The director Vinil Matthew wanted a certain kind of physique for Harshvardhan as he’s plays an adventurous guy with a rafting background. His character needs to look a certain way in the film which he didn’t want to compromise on.
Confirming the same, Rane told, “Yes, this is true. While shooting I rather spend the limited time that we get in the gym than travelling in a car to a five-star hotel.”
