Colors’ upcoming show Ek Baar Phir Ishq Mein Marjaawan promises to be filled with thrill and romance. The show will chronicle the story of Riddhima (played by Helly Shah) who falls in love with Kabir (Played by Vishal Vashisht). But crashing down Riddhima’s dream Kabir asks her to make a life changing sacrifice. The show will be filled with drama, suspense, love and thriller.
Recently, the cast and crew shot a promo sequence in Goa, Helly Shah who has aquaphobia was asked to get into the sea till the water reaches her waist, a brave heart she had to keep her fears aside and get into the depth of the character. While she was dressed in an extremely heavy lehenga which weighed more than 10 kgs her fight was to take on the phobia and get into the cold seawater. According to sources, it took Helly sometime to gather the guts and it took her a lot of courage to walk down but she did it very bravely and gave some of the best shots.
Helly Shah expressed, “I’ve always tried to get over aquaphobia but never really got the push to do so. Finally, my reel character required me to get into the sea and after much deliberation I had to keep my fears aside and gather courage to do it as my profession demanded it. What made this even more difficult for me was my outfit, it was cold and I had to be in water for a long time wearing the heavy ghaghra. After a point the ghaghra was soaked with sea water and was 10 times of its original weight, but work comes first. It just takes one opportunity for you to condition your mind and overcome your fear just like I did “.
Just like Helly Shah pushed her boundaries for her love for acting, will Riddhima too push the boundaries and fulfill Kabir’s condition in the name of love? Watch Ek Baar Phir Ishq Mein Marjaawan coming soon only on Colors.
