Huge response from music lovers for Savaniee Ravindra’s ‘Vande Ganapati’

Savaniee Ravindra has a melodiously sweet voice and has sung multilingually in different languages. She has enchanted audiences by singing in seven Indian languages viz. Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali. Adding one more language to her singing, Savaniee, recently, sang the Sanskrit banishment of ‘Vande Ganapati’ on the occasion of Ganeshotsav. The song is currently getting a huge response from the music lovers.

Savaniee Ravindra has a degree in Sanskrit, and always wanted to recite a song in Sanskrit. It looks like ‘Bappa’ has fulfilled her wish as she sang ‘Vande Ganapati’.

Savaniee says, “Vande Ganapati is a banishment of Hindustani classical music sung by my mother’s guru Veena Sahastrabuddhe. This ‘Bandish’ has a special bond with me since childhood. I keep thinking about this recitation which is composed by Pandit Kashinath Bodas. It’s moulded in a Carnatic classical music style by my friend R. Sanjay. While celebrating this year’s Ganeshotsav, on the backdrop of Corona, a positive devotional song has been brought for the music lovers and it’s a pleasure that it’s been picked up by the fans.

The song has become a visual treat as actress and dancer Aditi Dravid has adapted Savaniee’s Carnatic classical music to Bharatanatyam style. Produced by Dr. Ashish Dhande, the song is also sung by Shreyas Shinde of Visual Diary Motion Pictures.

This song presented by Times Music Spiritual is lauded by every music lover.
