‘Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum’ actor Tina Datta urges everyone to plant trees!
Earth Day is being celebrated worldwide on 22nd April and contributing in her own little way is the protagonist of Sony Entertainment Television’s ‘Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum,’ #TinaDatta who essays the role of Surilii. A big-time nature lover, Tina is very fond of green flora and makes sure she spends quality time with all her ‘plant babies’, as she fondly calls them.
Tina’s residence in Mumbai is full of plants, so when she had to shift to Umargaon for the shoot of her latest show ‘Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum,’ she decided to take them along all with her to keep them fresh and alive. On ‘Earth Day,’ Tina Datta shares, “There is a sense of life, calmness, beauty, and positivity that my ‘plant babies’ bring to my world. Living alone has never been easy but having these plants around me keeps me happy. I remember being very sad during the pandemic as the plants on my balcony got destroyed. I was very distraught. Plant parenting has been therapeutic for me as it takes away my stress and it’s a small way in which I can do my bit for the environment. This Earth Day, I urge everyone to plant a tree and make this planet a greener and an even more beautiful place to live in.”
Tune in to watch Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum airing every Monday to Friday at 9:00 PM only on Sony Entertainment Television.
