In a single day, ‘Coolie No.1’ becomes the most viewed film on OTT

It’s a Christmas weekend and fans cannot get over the blockbuster release of this year, i.e. Coolie No.1. It was the most talked about film of 2020 as it’s a remake of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor blockbuster ‘Coolie No.1’ which made waves at box office in 1995. It’s songs are still a rage and a few songs from it are remixed for the benefit of Gen-Y.

The excitement doubled as the this new Cooli No 1 too is being directed by David Dhawan. Dhawan father-son jodi successfully managed ‘Judwaa 2’ and now this new outing is expected to garner similar, if not more, viewer support. Since it’s release on Christmas, Coolie No.1 has become the most viewed film in India on OTT on Day 1.

The end of the year has just got brighter, filled with fun and joy with the release of Coolie No.1. Amazon Prime Video had its biggest opening this year with this blockbuster. Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, Coolie No.1 is directed by David Dhawan released on Amazon Prime Video on 25th December 2020.
