In Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, ‘Kya Daroga ki chori pakdi jayegi?’

‘Behind every successful man there is a woman’ is an old and famous adage which credits the success to the undying support a wife provides; in return, the husband spoils and pampers her with gifts. Similar is the case in the upcoming episode of &TV’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, where Rajesh (Kamna Pathak) asks her husband to gift her a new shoe as hers are worn out. The only condition she places is that is must be unique and not a run-of-the-mill product. Happu goes from pillar to post to find it but fails.

At the same time, he arrests a thief for robbing an expensive unique pair of shoes. On looking closely, he realizes that the pair matches Rajesh’s criteria. Turning a blind eye, Happu decides to take them home for Rajesh. Rajesh face lights up when she looks at the shoe and starts showing-off to Amma. Just then, the commissioner informs Happu that Mantriji’s daughter’s shoe has been stolen from the same place. Putting two and two together, he realizes that it is the same pair he gifted Rajesh and now must return it. How does Rajesh react when she finds out?

Answering this question is Yogesh Tripathi who says, “If a pati is Parmeshwar, then Patni is Parmeshwari. And any demand or request made by a wife should be fulfilled. In this case, Happu, no doubt goes all out to fulfil Rajesh’s request. But he ends up taking the wrong route, and all his efforts go in vain.
