In Indian Idol 12, Padmini Kolhapure’s special Maharashtrian gift for Marathi Mulgi Sayali!

The show which has given our music industry many nightingales is all set to give the nation another idol . Sony Entertainment Television’s  Indian Idol has been a platform for all the aspiring singers where they can show their talent. To make this weekend’s episode more memorable the special guests were the yester years famous actress Padmini Kolhapure and Ponaam Dhilllion.

The Marathi Mulgi Sayali who is winning hearts of the entire nation with her melodic voice sang Pyar Kiya nahi jata and Yeh wada Raha .She found herself a new fan in Padmini Kolhapure. The evergreen heroine from the golden era told how much she loves Sayali’s performance and wishes her all the luck for the competition ahead. Not only that she also gifted her a Marathi Nath and bindi as a blessing to her. All the three judges couldn’t stop gushing about her performance and just wished all the good fortune ahead.  Himesh Reshammiya said you have strong hold over your sur .

Sayali while expressing her feelings, said “I feel so lucky that because of Indian idol I am getting the opportunity to perform in front of such great people. Receiving  such a special gift from Padmini mam was nothing less than a blessing . I wish I never disappoint anyone who has shown trust in me and my singing”.

Padmini said “ I love your performance and your voice, you have a very nice smile. The nath I am gifting you holds a very special place in my heart and I want to gift it to you as I believe you would also take care of it the same way as I did”.
