In ‘Indian Idol – Season 13’ watch special episodes of ‘Celebrating Dharma’ and ‘A. R. Rahman Musical’!

Get ready to make your ‘mausam musicana’ as this weekend,Sony Entertainment Television’sprestigious singing reality show,‘Indian Idol – Season 13’will be a ‘must-watch!’ On Saturday,the show will be welcoming the legendary music composer A. R. Rahmanand veteran film director Rajkumar Santoshi for the ‘A. R. Rahman Musical’ special episode. Joining the duo will also be Rajkumar Santoshi’s daughterTanisha Santoshi who will be seen promoting her film ‘Gandhi Godse.’ On Sunday, ‘Celebrating Dharma’ the show will welcome Bollywood’s most-loved directorKaran JoharakaKJo.While the celebrity guests will enjoy the musical performances put forward by the Top 8 contestants, they will also share some interesting and unknown trivia from their glorious years spent in the industry.

Getting into the Saturday episode, from Senjuti and Rishi impressing A. R. Rahman by presenting one of their compositions, well-known Indian flautist; Naveen Kumar adding charm to Shivam’s performance, A.R Rahman complimenting Chirag by calling his voice ‘romantic’, the show will be a musical ride for the viewers. Adding an element of fun, the contestants along with hostAditya Narayanand judgesVishal DadlaniandHimesh Reshammiyawill play a game of Antakshari where, A. R. Rahman too will sing some of his famous songs inviting applauds form everyone present on the set. Leading into Sunday, Karan Johar will be seen gushing about how his mother is an avid fan of the show and appreciates both Vishal and Himesh for not only playing their roles as judges but also mentoring the contestants in order to bring out their best potential. To Aditya Narayan’s surprise, Karan Johar calls him the best host! When it comes to the contestants, he praises Rishi Singh for his voice and says that he has a heroic voice, requests Debosmita to lend her voice to the tune that plays alongside the logo of Dharma Productions and let’s Shivam know how Madhuri Dixit who was a guest in the previous episode shared one of his performance videos!
