In ‘Jeetendra Special’, on Indian Idol 13, Tushar Kapoor sends sweetest message to his father!
“Indian Idol- Season 13” on Sony Entertainment Television will be welcoming Bollywood’s living legend, Jeetendra Ji, to celebrate the “Jeetendra special” episode this Sunday! The singing reality show will be honouring the legend by celebrating his life and career in the film industry and paying tribute to him through outstanding renditions of his timeless songs. Jeetu Ji’s illustrious career will be commemorated as he completes 80 successful years in the Indian entertainment industry. Furthermore, Shashank Srivastava, SR. Executive Director, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd graced the stage as well to give away the stylish car to one of the Top 11 contestants, as the prize for completing a unique challenge. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd brought along with them a surprise fun element to the show and presented the quirky challenge, which required the contestants to sing a song for 60 seconds. Not only this but Tushar Kapoor will be seen giving a beautiful message through a video to his father Jeetendra Ji.
“No love is greater than that of a father for his son”, that’s how Tushar Kapoor will be starting his heartwarming message for his father Jeetendra Ji. Adding to it Tushar Kapoor would profess his love for his father saying, “We are always there for each other. We both take care of each other, and support equally. There is a lot of respect for him in my heart because he is obviously my father and I always speak to him just like a son should talk to his father. I would just like to tell my father that thank you for always supporting me, my films and my promotions. In 1982 I got lost in Disney Land I was 5 years old. I got late in catching the train and my family had already taken their seats on the train. I was also searching for them and my dad came back looking after me and I think I would not have been sitting here if he couldn’t have reached on time. I am happy to see him on Indian Idol as it’s his favourite show. I hope you enjoy the show and have a great time. More power to you dad.”_
