In ‘Shubh Laabh – Aapkey Ghar Mein’, Savita is forced out of her own house!

#SonySAB’s devotional show #ShubhLaabhAapkeyGharMein is striking the right chords with an exciting new plot twist – the arrival of Alaxmi, the evil sister of Maa Laxmi (#ChhavviPandey). Alaxmi’s infelicitous shadow continues to be a menace for Savita (#GeetanjaliTikekar) as she suffers from a series of setbacks. Alaxmi has declared that things will only spiral south from here and only Savita’s faith can save her family and her from this ominous change of events.

The presence of Alaxmi can be felt in the Toshniwal household as everywhere there is an atmosphere of chaos and godlessness. She wants Savita to be bitter against Maa Laxmi, and instead follow in her footsteps of impiety. She tries to manipulate Savita into removing the Tulsi plant, which is symbolic of Maa Laxmi’s blessing, but her attempt goes in vain as Savita refuses to remove it. To top it all, Alaxmi sets a new trap for the family as she hides gold coins over the house, waiting to create a drift between the family members as they get greedy for the new-found fortune.

Unfortunately, Savita’s sister, Kavita (Nimisha Vakharia), sees this mishap as a new opportunity to take over Savita’s house and through trickery, she manages to forge signatures and evict her and her family out of the house. This crusade between one’s own faith and outside manipulation has existed since civilization started and is a true test of one’s devotion. Only Savita’s inner belief in Maa Laxmi can save her from Alaxmi’s wrath.

Geetanjali Tikekar who essays the role of Savita says, “The advent of Alaxmi is a precursor of a high dramatic moment in Savita’s life as this is her hour of growth where she is obliged to choose between her beloved Maa Laxmi’s teachings or give into Alaxmi’s traps. Sony SAB always has the best messages for their audience painted beautifully behind every track. This moment is also very relatable as in real life we often come across such moments where we need to have trust in her faith and toil on. Losing faith is the biggest sin and I hope the audience will support Savita and shower loads of love on her journey.”

Will Savita be able to fight for her faith and overcome all obstacles? Stay tuned to Shubh Laabh – Aapkey Ghar Mein, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 PM only on Sony SAB.
