Karan, Sonakshi and other celebrities have ‘Heart To Heart’ conversation
Due to extended lockdowns people are losing patience. It is important to keep one’s mind calm. Even Bollywwod fraternity is nervous about the future of film industry and a ‘Heart TYo Heart’ conversation programme was organised by them with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of The Art of Living Foundation. ‘Change Within’, the social interface of the Indian film Industry launched the glimpse of the digital show, ‘Heart to Heart’ it recently produced. It has a fleet of credible and popular film celebrities like Karan Johar, Rajkumar Hirani, Sonakshi Sinha, Kapil Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Ekta Kapoor in a heart to heart conversation with Gurudev. The glimpse carries a series of interesting questions being asked by these celebrities and to know the answers by Gurudev one has to log on to the show for which a link is given.
Karan Johar who has been redefining the concept of love with every other movie that he makes asks Gurudev , “ I never quite know, how do you understand that this is love and secondly does it fade away?”. Well accomplished Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani is seen asking a question right from existentialism. He wants to know as to why are we all here and what is our purpose of being in this planet? Filmstar Sonakshi Sinha wants to control her emotions and her question is exactly that. She asks Gurudev that how can she control her emotions? Comedian and popular host Kapil Sharma had a funny mantra to seek that could make his wife admire him every time they would meet. Filmstar Sanjay Dutt wants to know how and when will this pandemic caused by Corona virus come to an end and when can he reach out to the Ashram to meet Gurudev. The famous czarina of Indian Television and now OTT platforms, Ekta Kapoor wanted Gurudev’s view on sex as she thinks no spiritual Guru talks on sex in the contemporary times.
Producer Mahaveer Jain who conceptualised the show said, “The glimpse of ‘Heart to Heart’ has been made as a teaser for everyone who are yet to watch the show. It has been received quite well and we are getting amazing response from all across. This show is a collaborative venture between #ChangeWithin and ‘The Art Of Living Foundation’, same as another social initiative #iStandWithHumanity these two organisations had started in tandem when the lockdown was announced as a result of the pandemic.”
On being asked by the status of ‘I Stand With Humanity’, Mr. Jain informed that, “Since the first phase of lockdown we have distributed over 7.5 Crores meals and medical aid worth Rs. 40 Crores to more than 25 lakh families all across India. This could not be possible with an inspiring support from the Indian Film Industry,The Art of Living Foundation, Corporates and other social organisations. The campaign is still on”.
