KBC 13 : President of the Republic of Nauru is highly impressed and inspired from the tie-bows designed for Big B!

#SonyEntertainmentTelevision’s #KaunBanegaCrorepati13 has not only created ripples across India but also reached The Republic of Nauru! What’s more? The dapper style quotient of the host Mr. #AmitabhBachchan seems to have captured the attention of the President of the Republic of Nauru, His Excellency, #LionelRouwenAingimea, who has reached out to Mr. Bachchan’s designer and stylist, #PriyaPatil to help him look as debonair as the host. One particular item in the ensemble of Mr. Bachchan’s that has allured the notice of The President, is the unique tie-bow that sits gracefully on his neck throughout various episodes.

Talking about getting this unique call from beyond border, *Priya Patil* spoke ecstatically about the offer by saying, “In the Republic of Nauru, one will find many Bollywood fans. They consume a lot of the Bollywood content! The President of Nauru, His Excellency, Lionel Rouwen Aingimea put a request as he saw Mr. Bachchan and was very fascinated by his entire wardrobe; the way he carries himself and Mr. Bachchan’s style. And so, he saw the tie-bows and he also wanted them.”

She further adds, “A member from their government contacted me and requested if I could design for the President, a collection of the tie-bows and accessories. Honestly, it is an honor for me and more so because, Mr. Bachchan is adored by so many and is an ultimate fashion icon. So, even the President is taking inspiration from him makes me feel ecstatic. It is such a big compliment and so commendable as well. So yes, now I am designing a collection tie-bows and other accessories for the President of the Republic of Nauru and later will also be designing his wardrobe”

The designer described how she would go about making the Tie- Bows for The President saying, “Adding on that, I have received a general mood board consisting of various aesthetic elements of the country, example their national bird, colours of their nation flag, the country crest and theme, colors that the president likes, and a few other details of cultural elements . Based on this inspiration, I will designing my collection”.
