1. Founders 1 – Pradeep Shetty is the Director at Maharaja – Seafood restaurants / Hotel / Outdoor Catering. He is also Jt Hon Sec at Federation of Hotels & Restaurants Associations of India { FHRAI } & VP at Hotel & Restaurant Association Western India { HRAWI }

2. Founder 2- Stefan Gadit is the founding chef & business partner at Mable Kitchen and Bar. Stefan is a Canadian Indian national who did his Hotel Management from Aurangabad, India and started his career with Renaissance in Powai, Mumbai. Stefan then moved to Canada in 2007 where he worked with the Fairmont Hotel Group.In 2013, Stefan moved to the South of France where he studied Pastry and Baking. During this time he also worked at Restaurant Alexander by Chef Michel Kayser, a 2 Michelin Star restaurant. Throughout his 15 years of work experience as a chef, Stefan has staged with several Michelin star restaurants namely Marea, Eleven Madison Park and Le Bernardin in Manhattan, New York. Apart from working full time at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa in Cambridge, Canada which boasted the 4th Best Restaurant in Canada and the W hotel in Montreal, Stefan enjoys travelling the world, discovering different ingredients, cultures and cuisines. He recently staged at “Noma 2.O” in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2019- the 2nd Best Restaurant in the World where he learnt modern techniques, fermentation and most importantly to trust oneself.

Mumbai- Have you ever seen a herb garden right outside a restaurant in Mumbai? Mable – Kitchen & Bar is arguably the first and only restaurant in Mumbai, of its scale, to have one right outside the restaurant. Imagine a sunny Sunday afternoon with a glass of cold pressed juice served with fresh herbs. Literally farm to table is what you get at Mable.

Food- Mable Kitchen & Bar offers a contemporary dining experience that boasts of an eclectic mix of modern world cuisine with influences from around the world. Fresh ingredients are the core elements of all the food preparations which are locally and internationally sourced as per their seasonal availability.

The conceptualized menu is a good mix of traditional and contemporary, keeping core flavours and authentic nuances intact. Boasting of modern cooking methods, food at Mable is rooted in technique-driven food with local ingredients, true to the region, but draw flavours and influences from around the world to create an all-around experience. There is greater emphasis on the uniqueness in taste , sustainability and elegant  presentation .

The bar at Mable is a blend of stimulating & handcrafted cocktails and mocktails that will impress one and all. It extends a wide range of local and imported liquors & exquisite wine collections from around the world. The food compliments immensely the incredible and uniquely crafted cocktails and drinks

Keeping in sync with the concept of using fresh herbs sourced from their herb garden, Mable Kitchen & Bar serves delicacies like Drunken Chicken Drumsticks, Moroccan Root Vegetable Fritter , Medley of Vegetables, Torched Mackerel, Thyme Roasted Chicken Leg & much more which are exclusive to them.

The cocktails & mocktails range have been dugout from unexampled experiments between stately monarchical tastes & contemporary mixes to create rare & exclusive drinks at pocket friendly rates. In a bid to give their guests a ‘Mable’ bar experience, they have a dedicated menu titled “Mable Exclusive” which includes drinks like- The Egyptian Pellet described as Cilantro infused gin, with fresh orange juice, handful of mint leaves, spiced sugar, lime juice, poured over Egyptian hibiscus tea ice ball. Other biggies from the menu include –The Good Earth, Love Awakened, The Handmade Tale, Sea Sparkle & many more such tantalizing drinks.

The food menu is comprehensive and alluring – dishes are authentic with bold & intense flavours with an emphasis on simple, yet impressive presentation acquired through quality ingredients

Interior– Eating is as important as the environment, thus Mable sits within cozy wooden, earthy and crafty environs of a Mediterranean look and feel space. Mable Kitchen & Bar is where guests can come to have a great time in a modern charming atmosphere with amazing food, thumping music, and a warm inviting bar. The interiors have been uniquely conceptualized and designed carefully with minimal & classy objects. A lot of emphasis and effort has been put in customizing the lights, based on the mood of the hour. Keeping in mind the experiential aspect, the early evening hours will hold subtle warm lights to create a mesmerizing and chic character to the space for people to start off with, eventually leading to a high energy go-to place with chromatic lighting. Music at Mable compliments the time of the day it rings. Be it Deep House during Lunch or Pop at Dinner, Mable never fails to set the right vibe!

Mable is inspired by Stefan Gadit’s Mumbai upbringing and his travels around Europe, the Middle East, Asia and America. This resulted in creating an experiential bar & kitchen place in Mumbai. Speaking of his travels, Head Chef Stefan said “I draw inspiration from my travels, it is not only memorable, but it also influences and introduces me to different cuisine delights. My return always has a bag full of herbs & spices from the places I’ve visited. Bringing all my experience to Mable, we have very passionately designed the menu in order to offer International flavors to India”
