Love-filled season of Zing’s ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’ kickstarts on Oct 24

The new season of Zing’s Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya (PTKK) is all set to showcase new-age love stories, starting 24th October 2020. The new season is all about the myriad of situations that the young generation goes through in order to understand this simple word ‘love’ but with a complicated twist. The theme of the new season is ‘Confusion in Love’ and to portray the same on-screen the channel has roped in the popular actress Diksha Dhami in the very first episode. Diksha will be seen opposite &TV’s Laal Ishq fame and theatre artist Ansh Pandey.

Capturing her overall PTKK experience, Diksha Dhami shares, “This episode was really different from the roles I have taken up in the past. While Ansh was a great co-star, the whole team made the shoot fun and exciting. Portraying the role of Megha was fun as I haven’t really played the role of a social media influencer before. While being a television star is great, a social media influencer is a different ballgame altogether. People may think that it is a cakewalk, but it is hard work. I hope my fans enjoy my role in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya and continue loving my work.”

The first episode follows the life of Amal who is a staunch believer in the saying, ‘Talent transcends everything’. With an ambition to become a popular singer, he delicately trains in classical music and applies for a singing reality show called ‘Singing Stars of India’ and impresses judge RJ Karthik. However, Megha, who is a content creator with a fan-base of over 1.5 million gives Amal tough competition.
