Magic Moments Music Studio partners with DJ Aqeel for a live musical performance online

Magic Moments Music Studio – from the house of Radico Khaitan – has partnered with one of the top music jockeys in the country DJ Aqeel to beat the lockdown boredom. The most celebrated Indian DJ, who has been rocking dance floors across the country and abroad for over two decades now, is set to give musical joy and leave your feet tapping to Bollywood numbers as well as Commercial English music.

DJ Aqeel will play live music for all fans/followers on the official Instagram page of Magic Moments: https://www.instagram.com/magicmomentsvodka/  this weekend. “This is a wonderful way for people to beat isolation and kill boredom as all they will need to do is tune in to the Instagram page and join the party,” said Mr. Amar Sinha, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Radico Khaitan.
Virtual concerts and live streams have become more and more popular after the lockdown imposed by PM Narendra Modi to contain the spread of coronavirus. According to media reports, live views on Instagram have increased by more than 60% in the last week of March. Social media downloads on Google Play and iOS have also jumped at least 20 per cent after March 22 (i.e. first week of lockdown) exceeding over 49 million new downloads, suggests a media report. Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), that represents all private telcos, estimates that data consumption on an average has increased 30% in the lockdown period so far.

“As lockdown restricted all of us to our homes, people started taking part in games either online or within their residential societies, while ensuring social distancing. We are glad to tie up with DJ Aqeel to bring to people what they love through social media. I see it as a wonderful way to engage with our followers, keep them entertained and help them overcome the tough times with a smile,” added Mr. Sinha.
