Manini Dey, Resham Tipnis, and Vaishali Thakkar to be a part of mystical world of ‘Kuch Toh Hai’
Naagin franchise is all set to take viewers in a brand-new mystical world with Kuch Toh Hai. The shows traces the journey of Rehan (played by Harsh Rajput) and Priya (played by Krishna Mukherjee). Two completely different individuals with powerful abilities who are destined to not be together. Joining the stellar cast of the show will be the three versatile actresses Manini Dey, Resham Tipnis, and Vaishali Thakkar.
Resham Tipnis who plays the character of Rageshwari said “This is the first time I am acting in a fantasy fiction show, and I am quite excited about it. I play the character of Priya’s mother, and it is a beautifully written role. She is devoted to her daughter but carries secret grief within. Rageshwari is a very interesting character and I believe the viewers will love her as the show progresses!
Vaishali Thakkar who plays the Warden of the school where Priya’s character studies, said, “Being a part of the Naagin Universe is a dream for every TV actor, and I am thrilled to be a part of Kuch Toh Hai. I play a warden in the show who is strict on the outside but very caring and protective on the inside. I am quite excited for this role as well as the project as I share a great bond with my co-stars, and we all have a blast while shooting!”
Manini Dey who plays Rehan’s mother Pamposh in Kuch Toh Hai said “I am portraying the character of a very interesting woman. She is the life of every party, and she attends a lot of them. Throughout my career, I have played different kinds of characters, and comedy is my forte. I am looking forward to playing this character who has a comic touch to her. It is my endeavor to always entertain people and the character of Pam gives me a chance to do that. Being a grammar Nazi, it will be tough for me to speak in broken English, like how Pam usually does! But I am so looking forward to it! Its an honour to work with Balaji and COLORS on a franchise like Naagin. I am looking forward to get the love from my audience, and I am hoping for the best this time around as well! “
