‘MKAP2’ sends across a message that in Hindu society a widow too has the right to lead a colourful life!
Pooja Gor, Arhaan Behll-starrer “Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2” is famous amongst the audience because even if it follows a storyline, it tries to break taboos while doing so. In the show Krishna’s sister Komal is a widow, and in a small town like Prayagraj a widow is not allowed to play any festival as it is said to be inauspicious.
But with the festival of Holi being celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm, Pratigya did not want Komal to be deprived of the little joys of life just because she is a widow. Through this episode Pratigya wants to convey a message for the Hindu society that a widow has the right to lead a colourful life. She has the right to be a part of all the Indian festivals. She should get equal respect in society and she should be given the right to decide about her future too.
How will their neighbours react to this? Will they let Komal be in peace? Also, in the same episode Balwant Tyagi will come face to face with Sajjan Singh, how will this meeting end? Balwant also gets to see Garv there, will he have any doubts on seeing him? To know what happens next keep watching “Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2”.
