‘Mulshi Pattern’ re-released in theatres
The lockdown was imposed due to the corona pandemic. As a result, theaters and multiplexes have been closed for the past eight months. Now both are allowed to open with 50 per cent seating capacity and a few safety measures. In the last few months, we have seen a lot of things on the small screen but realised that the fun of the big screen is something else. With the opening of the big screen, the audience will once again experience a thrill in the theatre, as the super duper hit Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern’, written and directed by Pravin Vitthal Tarde, has once again be screened in the theatre.
Abhijit Bhosale of Genuine Productions LLP and Puneet Balan Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. said, ‘The Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern’ gives sensitive commentary on farmers’ issues, has found a place in the hearts of Maharashtra. The film was also honored at various awards ceremonies. The film has achieved dazzling success at the box office with the help of word of mouth without the backing of any major studio.’
Based on a fictional story, approaching reality, the film received spontaneous response in urban, semi-urban and rural areas. The song ‘Arararra Khatranak’ from the movie, which was loved by the young and old, has just crossed the 53 million views mark while maintaining its momentum.
Now, once again, the thrill of ‘Mulshi Pattern’ can be felt in the theatres. The film has been re-screened in Pune, Navi Mumbai, Ulhasnagar, Dombivali, Nashik, Kolhapur and Akluj.
