Multiple emotions of Tigers captured through the camera by Hemant Sawant, an exhibition inaugurated at the Jahangir Art Gallery, Mumbai!
An exhibition of #Tiger lifestyle photography by photographer #HemantSawant was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at the #JehangirArtGallery at the hands of Mr. #MukulWasnik, General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee.
On this occasion, Mr. Kakubhai Kothari, renowned Wildlife Photographer, as well as Mr. Suresh Shetty, former Health Minister, Maharashtra state and Wildlife Photographer, Mr. Girish Mistry, Director of Shari Academy of Professional Photography and renowned calligrapher Achyut Palav were present.
At this time Shri. Mukul Wasnik said, this exhibition will help towards protection and conservation of wildlife in India. Through this wildlife photography Exhibition, public and children can become more aware about wildlife protection and conservation in India. Large number of children will be more aware about the protection of wildlife in India. Awakening among children we can see better life for wildlife in India.
On this occasion photographer Hemant Sawant said, in my dreams I never thought that I would stand here in front of you as a passionate wildlife photographer. In 2016, my daughter Saloni became a turning point in my life and she dragged me into the world of wildlife photography. He thanked his wife Chitra and daughters for their cooperation in the journey of photography. He said that if this small effort of his would guide future generations, he would understand that his work was worthwhile.
Photographer Hemant Sawant has been traveling ‘jungle to jungle’ for the last several years. At the time of study of tiger’s lifestyle in the forests of Kanha, Bandhavgad, Panha, Melghat, Tadoba, Pench, Ranthambore, Jim Corbett, he captured important moments of tigers in his camera.
He has captured multiple emotions of Tigers through his camera, e.g. a happy and lazy tiger, aggressive and agile tiger, a tiger with a spruce move, the tigers running out from the water with friends, and a female tiger is taking care of her cubs.
In this exhibition, About 50 photographs have been presented and His experiences documentary video film have been arranged for the public. This exhibition will be open from 23rd to 29th November 2021, from 11 am to 7 pm to the public. Hemant Sawant has appealed to the people to “enjoy the tiger show”.
