Aai Aani Baba Retire Hot Aahet

New family serial ‘Aai Aani Baba Retire Hot Aahet’ on Star Pravah!

#StarPravah is presenting a new series ‘Aai Aani Baba Retire Hot Aahet’.  The moment you hear the title of the series, you’ll start thinking aboyt your own parents.  These two souls, Aaila and Baba’, are very important but equally taken for granted in everyone’s life. Parents bring up their children despite facing difficulties. Children learn to stand on their own feet, because of their nurturing. Parents, however, never retire from household responsibilities. They unknowingly get stuck in the cycle of responsibilities of children, their education, their job, their marriage and then grandchildren. The series ‘Aai Aani Baba Retire Hot Aahet’ also revolves around a couple who actually want to retire from household responsibilities but get stuck with endless responsibilities. Veteran artists Nivedita Saraf and Mangesh Kadam will be seen in this new series.
Talking about the character in this serial, Nivedita Saraf said, “Actors of our age always have one regret that the stories around us is nit written often.  We have more experience and can do justice to Senior characters. But still, without getting stuck in the roles of parents, a central role should be written for us too.  I am thankful to the TV medium that such roles are being written keeping us in mind. I really liked the character of Sudha in this serial.  She agrees with her husband saying that ‘with me now you too retire’ but her mind is not ready to accept this. Her life is stuck in the home-world.”
Actor Mangesh Kadam said, “The subject of the serial is very close to us.  Everyone has decided what to do after retirement. Yashwant also has a similar dream. He has made up his mind to live a peaceful life with his wife at their native place  in Konkan. Like Yashwant, almost everyone has this dream. But parents never retire from their responsibility.” Mangesh Kadam also said that he is very happy to come up with a heart touching story with a good interweaving of relationships.
